Most people are consider as the earth is closer to the sun in summer season, hence summer is warmer than winter. But It's not right. The actual reason is that, in summer , earth northern hemisphere is tilting towards the sun. Because of this tilt, the sun rays hits the earth at a steep angle, sun is directly overhead, hence heat is more in summer. Drink lot of water in summer is best way to beat heat and keep your body hydrated. Drinking of water is helping to beat fatigue and dehydration. So try to drink lot of water in summer. There is no fixed amount to drinking water per day, but at least 12-14 glasses per day is important.
